Young Observers Send Support to Essential Workers

During this difficult time, while we try to avoid the virus by staying home, many essential workers have no choice but to keep working so that our community can continue to function. They have been working hard to provide us what we need to get through each day. Doctors and nurses are the most recognized because they are doing the most difficult tasks of saving people’s lives. However, there are many more essential workers who are quietly doing their jobs. We are dedicating this issue to thank all the essential workers in our community and hope that they will continue getting recognized for their great work. Each one of us on the “Young Observers” team made cards for an essential worker of our choice instead of our usual column.

Francine Vudoti is the Youth Editor for the Fullerton Observer newspaper. Her “Young Observers” page, which includes contributions from local young people, appears in every issue.
