“On Feb 1, 2024, morning at approximately 1:20 am, officers responded to an assault that occurred in the 1100 block of E. Ash Ave. Detectives have been investigating the crime today, along with a search warrant being served with the assistance of the SWAT team. The investigation is active and ongoing. There is no threat to the public in the surrounding area,” said Fullerton Police Sgt. Ryan O’Neil.
The Marijuana dispensary at 1110 East Ash St has been raided several times, according to neighbors who did not want to leave their names, stating concerns about the “bad people” involved. The SWAT team rammed the doors, which are now covered with plywood. Ash St was closed off to through traffic during the investigation.
The owner of the dispensary did not answer the damaged door and did not pick up the phone (dispensary phone number listed on Google Maps with no voice mail).

This is absolute bs. It’s now legal. I haven’t been in this one but they take great efforts to stay clean and also keep minors out. It’s not like nearby cities aren’t getting the business and tax revenue that would have otherwise remained in Fullerton. Let’s compare: spend money on unnecessary and ridiculous raids or make money of the tax revenue of what should be a legal business. By the way, I’m not some dope fiend that people like to characterize as the ones patronizing these places. I’m a 65 year old retired woman with chronic pain. Relief is out of reach because of the abuse of legally prescribed drugs.
These Fullerton dispensaries have constantly spammed text messages every day using a different spoofed number. I never been to those places and never was a customer. But that’s why karma keeps returning. Fullerton’s Finest, Church of Pothead Healing, etc. Good riddance.
