Airport Day Takes Off Again June 1st

The Fullerton Municipal Airport will open the gate on Saturday, June 1st, allowing hundreds of visitors onto the field to again experience a vast array of helicopters, war birds, and classic vintage planes on display. Airport Day is an annual event that offers the public a unique opportunity to experience this up close and personal.

Observing, photographing, and, in many cases, speaking directly to individuals connected to these exciting vehicles is a memorable annual event, and it is all free.

In addition to all the free stuff, there are opportunities to purchase short helicopter and plane rides, and of course, there are always food trucks or Wings Café to make it a fun day for the whole family.

The City of Fullerton is proud of the rich history of the airport since its founding in 1928. This event showcases the important role the airport plays. Parking and the entrance is located at 4011 West Commonwealth at Magnolia in Fullerton.
