Election season is gearing up, and while all attention seems to be focused on the presidential race, the local races impact your life the most. Yet, these races go unnoticed every election cycle, with people usually not even knowing who’s running for which position and what issues are at stake. With so much information and a lack of time, it isn’t easy to know where and how to get started in understanding the local races on the ballot. To aid citizens in gaining this information, various non-profit and educational institutions host candidate forums for the public. These forums not only introduce you to your local leaders and challengers to their seats, but also give you a chance to ask questions and voice your concerns.
Below is a list of upcoming candidate forums. Check back here for updates and our events page for other events happening in Fullerton!

Do we know yet which candidates are attending?
Hello Amy,
Thank you for your question. We do not have access to the RSVP list for the Collaborative or the League’s forums. For the one we’re sponsoring, we only have two RSVPs thus far since it’s in October.
Based on previous candidate forums from 2022 elections, I can confidently say that most candidates attend them. You can also reach out to candidates individually via their campaign websites.
Thank you,
Urooj
