While the Observer was obsessing over the Walk on Wilshire (chalk festival!) and inappropriately placed campaign signs the Planning Commission unanimously passed a Housing Incentive Overlay Zone plan to add more than 32,000 new residential units to Fullerton. Yes, you read that number correctly, but you didn’t read it anywhere in the Fullerton Observer.
