Assemblyman Tri Ta Releases Statement Following Former Supervisor Andrew Do’s Guilty Plea

Assemblyman Tri Ta released the following statement on October 22, 2024, following Former Supervisor Andrew Do’s guilty plea and resignation:

Public corruption cannot be tolerated. I am disappointed that Former Supervisor Andrew Do betrayed his constituents and our community. I am thankful to the OC District Attorney, the US Attorney and all involved law enforcement in bringing this matter to justice.

This is why we need more transparency in government to prevent future betrayals of the public trust.

Assemblyman Tri Ta represents northwest Orange County in the California Legislature. The 70^th District includes Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Los Alamitos, Midway City, Rossmoor, Stanton, Westminster and portions of Huntington Beach, Santa Ana and Seal Beach.
