47th President Trump’s First Actions

1) Before the inauguration, Biden and Trump joined to negotiate the current ceasefire in Gaza.

2) 1500 January 6, 2021, Insurrectionists pardoned and commuted the sentences of 14 Proud Boys and Oath Keepers who were convicted of seditious conspiracy and violence against police in the coup attack at the capital.

3) Plans to declare a National Emergency at the southern border, “All illegal entry will be halted, and we will begin the process of returning millions and millions of criminal aliens back to the places from which they came.”

  • Reinstate the “Remain in Mexico” policy. Recind the task force charged with reuniting children separated from their families at the border during his first administration.
  • Stop legal entry through the Customs & Border Control CVP1 mobile phone app, and all paths to legal entry will be canceled. This will end Birthright Citizenship.

4) Develop a Travel Ban list of countries with 60-day study

5)  Plan to declare a National Energy Emergency to allow increased oil drilling, including executive orders to open Alaska’s Wildlife Refuge, allowing new oil and mining exploration and leases, rescind Biden’s directives for electric car goals, and sign withdrawal from the UN Paris Climate Agreement

6) Signed executive orders withdrawing the US from the World Health Organization and rollback of policies around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and LGBQ rights.

7) Seeking to rename “Gulf of Mexico” to “Gulf of America” and take back the Panama Canal.

8) Reversed Biden orders barring choke holds and no-knock warrants by law enforcement and ending the winding down of use of private prisons.

9) Recinded Biden’s order to remove Cuba from the state-sponsored-terrorist list

10) Recinded Biden’s ban on sending 2000-pound bombs to Israel and sanctions against Israeli settlers accused of crimes against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank. 

46th President Biden’s Last Actions

1) Before the inauguration, Biden and Trump joined to negotiate the current ceasefire in Gaza.

2) Granted clemency to political prisoner Leonard Peltier (after decades of supporters, including 120 Indigenous tribal leaders and the prosecutor who handled his case, led the campaign to free him, saying he was innocent). Posthumously pardoned Civil Rights activist Marcus Garvey. Pardoned his son Hunter Biden, Virginia House Speaker Don Scott,  immigrant rights activist Ravi Ragbir, prison reform activist Kemba Smith Pradia, and gun violence prevention activist Darryl Chambers. Sentences of Michelle West and Robin  Peoples were commuted.

3) Preemptively pardoned five members of his own family in fear the new administration would target them. 

4) Granted clemency to 2,500 incarcerated non-violent drug offenders, commuted sentences of 37 death-row prisoners to life in prison. 

5)  Announced $2.5 billion in assistance to Ukraine and expanded sanctions on Russian oil

6) The Social Security Fairness Act was signed to include payments to public employees – teachers, police, and firefighters.

7) banned new offshore oil & gas drilling for most US coasts.

8) expanded benefit coverage for veterans whose cancer is linked to on-duty toxic pit exposure

9) Forgiving student loan debt for over 150,000 additional borrowers

10) Removed $49 billion in medical bills from being used on consumer credit reports
