So the solution to homelessness is an affordable place to live. And in the meantime a safe shelter bed. And we have a deficit in both those things.
And sounds like we are pretty much seeing a static population of the same homeless people cycling into and out of shelters – with only a few finding a more permanent home per month.
Let’s build an emergency shelter, a transitional shelter, and some affordable apartments.
