Fatal Traffic Collision Involving Pedestrian in Fullerton

A pedestrian was struck and killed at the intersection of S. Magnolia Avenue and W. Orangethorpe Avenue in Fullerton on November 16, 2025, at approximately 9:03 pm.

Police arrived on the scene to find an adult female in the roadway with traumatic injuries. She was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Involved in the collision were a black Nissan Altima and a white Mercedes GL550, both of whose drivers remained on the scene and are cooperating with investigators.

Preliminary reports suggest the pedestrian was crossing against a red light when she was first hit by the Nissan, which was traveling eastbound with a green light. The pedestrian was subsequently struck a second time by the following Mercedes.

There are currently no indications of alcohol or drug involvement for either driver.

The Orange County Coroner’s Office will release the identity of the deceased once notification to the next of kin is complete.
