Pathways of Hope Unveils 40th Annual Holiday Community Program Toy and Food Drive

In a heartwarming celebration of generosity, Pathways of Hope is proud to announce its 40th annual Holiday Community Program (HCP) Toy and Food Drive. This cherished tradition uplifts local families in need. This year, the initiative aims to spread joy and warmth to over 500 households, providing essential toys and nourishing food items to make the holiday season truly special. The drive will take place from December 4 to December 12, daily from 12 to 4 PM at the HUB of Hope, where community spirit can truly shine.

Community members are invited to support this noble cause by donating new, unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items, which can be dropped off at convenient locations throughout the area. For more information about donation sites or the program, visit the Pathways of Hope website or follow them on Instagram.

There are numerous ways to get involved and make a difference:

– **Donate toys:** Brighten a child’s holiday with the gift of new, unwrapped toys that can spark joy and wonder.
– **Donate food:** Contribute non-perishable food items that will help stock local food pantries and nourish families throughout the season.
– **Adopt a family:** Bring holiday cheer to individual families in housing programs by adopting them and providing thoughtful gifts and support.
– **Host a drive:** Set up a donation box at your business, school, or place of worship to rally support from your community.
– **Ship directly:** For added convenience, online donations can be shipped directly to the drive.

Among the many generous drop-off locations is Classic Tattoo, located at 521 N Harbor Blvd in Fullerton, as well as a comprehensive list of additional sites available on the HOPE Collaborative website.

This year, an array of local businesses is joining forces to make a difference, including Rutabegorz, Pilgrims Coffee House, Les Amis Restaurant & Lounge, and Barnes and Noble. Notably, a special fundraiser will be hosted at Madero on December 8, amplifying efforts to support the drive.

Together, we can create a tapestry of kindness and compassion this holiday season. Pathways of Hope warmly invites everyone to open their hearts and join in the spirit of giving, ensuring that no family goes without the joy and warmth they deserve.
