Fullerton Community Needs Survey 2026

The City of Fullerton Housing Division is preparing its Annual Action Plan for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. This plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of the City’s annual allocation of federal funds. These funds aim to provide decent housing, create a suitable living environment, and expand economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents.
