You (and AP) conveniently forgot the part about him brandishing a loaded 9mm handgun and fighting with federal agents who were trying to disarm him.
Ed Response: Try reading the AP report – it clearly lays out the agent’s talking points which you provide in your comment – and which are disputed by eyewitness reports and cell video.
