The City of Fullerton will hold a public hearing on February 5, 2026, at 5:00 pm via virtual meeting to discuss an Administrative Restaurant Use Permit for Kickin’ Crab at 150 South Harbor Boulevard.
The proposed establishment aims to sell beer, wine, and distilled spirits under a Type 47 On-Sale General – Eating Place ABC License. The site is located within the Fullerton Transportation Center Specific Plan zone.
Residents and stakeholders can participate remotely and are encouraged to submit comments ahead of the meeting. Details on participation and project information will be available on the city website 72 hours before the hearing at http://www.citvoffullerton.com/zoningadministratormeetings.

The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15301 for Existing Facilities. The Zoning Administrator’s decision will be final unless appealed.
