OC Workshop to Help Parents Prevent Human Trafficking

According to the latest report by the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF), over 420 victims of human trafficking were identified and supported in Orange County in 2021-2022. 40% of the victims of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation were children under the age of 18. Of the minor sex trafficking victims, 10% were children 13 years old or younger, 35% were 14 to 15 years old, and 55% were 16 to 17 years old. Between 2015 and 2022, 503 minors were identified by the Orange County Social Services Agency as victims of commercial sexual exploitation, and 70% were residents of Orange County.

You are invited to join us for an educational workshop for parents and community members to learn more about what human trafficking, exploitation, and sextortion are and how to align with your children to keep them safe from predators.
