In an effort to facilitate travel plans for families, a low-cost Passport Clinic will take place on July 25, offering a range of services for obtaining a passport. The event promises to be a convenient solution for those who may need to travel unexpectedly, ensuring that families are prepared.
Participants are required to make an appointment in advance by calling 1-888-349-9695 to reserve their spot at the clinic. The clinic will provide assistance with application completion, translation services, and passport photos, and will allow attendees to submit their applications on-site using the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Mobile Unit, eliminating the need to mail them.
In addition to the convenience offered, the first 100 applicants will benefit from a $42 discount on their passport fees, making this event even more appealing. Language assistance will be available in Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese, ensuring that the services are accessible to a diverse community.
Here’s a breakdown of the fees for the services provided at the clinic:
– Passport processing: $35
– Passport photo: $7
– Passport book: $100 (for children aged 15 and under) | $130 (for adults)
– Passport card: $15 (for children aged 15 and under) | $30 (for adults)
