Residents and stakeholders will have the opportunity to weigh in on a proposed minor site plan for facade improvements at an existing commercial building located at 4100 West Commonwealth Avenue during a virtual public hearing scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 5:00 pm.

The public hearing, conducted by the Zoning Administrator, aims to gather input from the community regarding the project, which falls under the General Commercial (G-C) zoning regulations. Those interested in participating can make oral comments using a computer, smart device, or telephone.

The proposed site plan is categorized as exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Class 1, which pertains to existing facilities.
