Officers Honored for Department’s Appearances on “On Patrol: Live”

The Fullerton City Council recognized dozens of police officers for their work during the department’s multiple appearances on the live television program “On Patrol: Live” over the past three years. The Fullerton Police Department recently wrapped up its run on Season 5 of “On Patrol: Live.” After a multi-month feature on REELZ, the department went on a break in October 2026, with Chief Radus appearing as a guest in the studio.

Speaking to the council on October 20, Fullerton Police Chief Jon Radus said the department’s participation would not have been as successful without the officers’ daily work. The chief described the program as a live television show that follows eight police departments across the country on Friday and Saturday nights, comparing it to “NFL Red Zone for police.”

“There’s definitely nothing more transparent than having live cameras, crews in cars with police officers every Friday and Saturday night,” the chief said. The chief called the department’s participation “incredibly successful” and said the credit belongs entirely to the officers who rode with the camera crews.

The chief also thanked the mayor for recognizing the officers’ efforts. The officers recognized included Richard Akles, David Alarid, Randall Brayley, Dillan Caines, Dillon Cazares, Jason Coleman, Alexa Elkabbara, Evan Espanto, Bryan Franco, Marcus Futch, Pedram Gharah, Andrew Gomez, Nate Gutierrez, Mike Halverson, Jason Ham, Lawrence Hayes, Ginny Johnson, Brady Jones, Nicole Kaprielian, Matt Levin, John Miller, Adan Munoz, Robert Murray, Michael Orr, Daniel Perez, George Peterson, Brandon Pinder, Max Raj, Brandon Ramek, Jesus Ramirez, Luis Ramirez, Victoria Rangel, Jack Rentfro, Tyler Rodgers, Ashley Soto, Perry Thayer, Rene Valdes, Anthony Valle, Anthony Vega, Greg Velasquez, Josh Walker, Daniel Warner and Gharrett Wiltse.
