Art Trippin’ and the Fullerton Museum Center present Sips & Stories: Women in Mexican Art History, an evening lecture series blending art, culture, and conversation.

Thursdays, April 9th – 30th, Art Trippin’ is collaborating with the Fullerton Museum Center to offer a four-part lecture series led by Dr. Megan Lorraine Debin, art historian and professor of art history at Fullerton College. Sips & Stories: Women in Mexican Art History explores the power, creativity, and resilience of women artists and thinkers in Mexico throughout history. Through engaging storytelling, rich visuals, and thoughtful discussion, each session brings history to life. Sip on your drink of choice as you explore the life and art of Frida Kahlo, Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, and many more inspiring Mexican women artists. Wine, beer, cocktails, and mocktails will be available for purchase at the museum’s Beer Garden. Food trucks will be located outside of the museum at the Farmer’s Market.

Doors open at 6pm, giving you plenty of time to grab your drinks and mingle. Lectures begin at 7pm and end at approximately 8:30pm.

$160 total for the four-part lecture series. Tickets can be purchased at arttrippin.com.

Art Trippin’s mission is to connect people through the arts with opportunities that make the wonders of art and travel more accessible, highlight the richness of diverse global artists, and prioritize historically marginalized artists.
