The Downtown Fullerton Art Walk is a friendly coalition of venues in Downtown Fullerton who showcase artwork on the first Friday of every month from 6-10pm. All art exhibits are free and open to the public. The next ArtWalk is Friday May 3.

Project La Femme and Hibbleton Gallery are co-hosting a pop-up photography exhibit In partnership with Santa Ana College and Irvine Valley College Art Departments. This juried art show will feature 30 pieces all in response to the question, “How do you use art as your voice?” Artists are asked to “speak” on a personal, local, national, or global level issue through their photographs.

Natural Poetry Month Open Mic Night @ The Fullerton Museum Center

Celebrate National Poetry Month at the Fullerton Museum Center’s Open Mic Night! The Open Mic runs from 7-10PM in the museum auditorium. Admission to the event, as well as museum galleries, is free. Stocco’s paintings are honest, fresh, and raw. “I’m chasing after something like the POETRY OF EVERYDAYNESS, or the “strange beauty” that arises when you’re running chores and don’t expect it, but there it is. I use paint and mixed media and a 2-D surface to get this across. The whole thing is about my need to process and repair. I hope it’s a similar experience for you.”
