Candidates’ Statement of Qualifications and Ballot Designations are available on the City Website at the link provided for public review and can be challenged with a writ of mandate or an injunction if there is “clear and convincing proof that the material in question is false, misleading or inconsistent with requirements (§§ 13313, 13314),” according to an email sent to the candidates from the Fullerton City Clerk, Lucinda Williams.

Andrew Cho…..Why did you not write anything about yourself? As voters, we need to know something about you and what’s important to you. I can’t vote for someone I know nothing about.
It looks like the City Clerk just scanned the wrong document.
I called the City Clerks Office and they have now posted the correct document for review.
