Dark Room: Selections from the Fullerton College Art Collection on View until October 8th

From mixed media to handcrafted fabrics to printmaking and mixed media collages to sculptures, illustrations and photographs, the Fullerton College Art Gallery’s latest exhibition, Dark Room: Selections from the Fullerton College Art Collection showcases a wide range of art forms with psychological undertones.

According to gallery wall text, “inspired by the layers and imagination from Nixson Borah’s work “Dark Room Dancer I”, the exhibition highlights elements of psychological curiosity, explorations of the body, and play through shape and material. From faculty artists like Borah, to renowned printmakers such as Ynez Johnston, and ceramicists like Phil Cornelius, Dark Room explores the depth and breadth of the Fullerton College Art Collection.”

Debuting on September 4, 2025, this show is open now through Wednesday, October 8. The Fullerton College Art Gallery is located in Building 1000, Room 1004 within the historic community college campus. Admission is always free.
