Reimagine, Orange County’s oldest and largest nonprofit organization dedicated to individuals with disabilities, celebrated its 75th anniversary with a lively carnival on September 13. While the official anniversary date is November 29, 2025, the event featured a variety of carnival games, delicious food, face painting, and magic tricks. The festive atmosphere was filled with laughter and connections among the guests, bringing joy to all participants.
The carnival not only served as a joyful gathering for participants, families, staff, and Board members, but it also highlighted Reimagine’s enduring legacy of advocacy and support. Established in 1950, Reimagine has become a cornerstone for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Orange County, offering programs that champion independence, inclusion, and dignity.
As the organization marks this significant milestone, it reflects on its mission to relentlessly pursue possibilities for all individuals with disabilities. With campuses in Fullerton and Santa Ana, Reimagine has continually expanded its services over the decades, fulfilling a crucial need for life-long learning and support.
At the Fullerton campus, Reimagine has provided enriching programs for over 30 years, helping participants—from toddlers to adults—realize their full potential. The campus recently underwent major refurbishments to enhance the experience for participants, furthering its commitment to improving quality of life and fostering independence among its community members.
As Reimagine celebrate this milestone year, it continues to be a beacon of hope and opportunity for the community in Orange County. Reimagine welcomes partnerships from organizations in education, healthcare, and employment, as well as support from volunteers and contributions from individual and business donors. With your help, it can keep exploring all possibilities for children, adults, and seniors in Orange County.
