The Hunt Branch Library is set to host the much-anticipated OC Día del Niño (Day of the Child) Festival on Saturday, April 25, from 10 am to 5 pm. This free community event will feature a full day of entertainment and hands-on arts workshops designed for families and children of all ages.

With special guest emcee Herbert Sigüenza, renowned for his role in Disney/Pixar’s COCO, attendees can look forward to a vibrant lineup of youth performers. Performances will include local talents such as Sailee Charlu representing The Lit League, Mista Cookie Jar, and Grupo Folklórico Monte Alban, among others. The schedule highlights a mix of music, dance, and cultural presentations that promise to engage and delight visitors throughout the day.

In addition to captivating performances, the festival will offer a variety of free youth arts workshops, including “Abstract Mural Experience,” “Anime Your Way,” and “Piñata Workshop.” These sessions provide creative outlets for children, fostering their artistic expression and cultural appreciation.
