More Than Love: The Life and Art of Natalie Wood rare exhibit opens at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton on May 14

Exhibit gives a rare look into the personal life of the famed Natalie Wood, featuring her art, keepsakes and more.

Fullerton, California, May 11, 2026: A rare opportunity to celebrate a Hollywood icon is coming to the newest Muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton. More Than Love: The Life and Art of Natalie Wood exhibition will run from May 14 to August 21.

Curated in collaboration with Natalie’s daughter, Natasha Gregson Wagner, the exhibit is a celebration of the late actress’s passion for art, design, literature, music, and family and friends. Rarely seen artifacts will be displayed, including artwork by Don Bachardy, Margaret Keane, and Natalie herself. Additionally, the collection presented is an assembly of her personal art, collected art, gifted art, and treasured keepsakes or mementos she collected or shared during her beautiful life.

The curator team includes Annabella Pritchard, Jamie Hiber, and Adam R. England. The exhibit has been carefully and thoughtfully curated with Natalie in heart, but also with Natasha in mind.

“My mother was far more than an iconic screen legend and beauty who died too young,” said Natasha Gregson-Wagner. “She was a warm and loving parent to my sister Courtney and me; a loyal and steadfast friend; a devoted wife. She was an artist and actress, but also a reader, a writer, an art collector, a thinker, a lifelong learner, and a fantastic businesswoman. She felt deeply, with an exquisite, courageous heart. She collected and cataloged. She gave, and she received—letters, gifts, humor, affection, and love.”

“We hope that visitors feel closer to Natalie after experiencing the exhibition, but also to Natasha,” said Exhibit Co-Curator Jamie Hiber. “This has been a very moving journey, and we want the public to feel the love we have for these wonderful women.”
