Public Workshop for the Draft CARB 2026 Annual Monitoring Network Plan

Public Workshop via Webinar

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a virtual public workshop to provide an overview of the CARB 2026 Annual Monitoring Network Plan (ANP).

The CARB ANP provides detailed information about the criteria pollutant monitoring sites and instruments operating in the regulatory monitoring network of 26 Air Districts within the CARB Primary Quality Assurance Organization (PQAO). The Plan also describes the proposed and recently implemented monitoring site changes in the areas covered by this ANP.

Federal regulations require state and local agencies that conduct ambient air monitoring for regulatory purposes to submit an ANP to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) annually, after a 30-day comment period. Pursuant to Federal regulations, a draft version of the CARB 2026 ANP will be available soon for public inspection and comment at Annual Monitoring Network Report | California Air Resources Board.

This public workshop will be held on Microsoft Teams.
