The Orange County FY 2026–27 Budget Open House is on June 3

The County Executive Office’s Budget and Finance team invites residents to participate in an interactive community event designed to provide insights into the County’s plans for the upcoming year. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with key priorities and learn how local budget decisions are made. This event aims to foster transparency and encourage community involvement in shaping the County’s financial future.

What You’ll Experience 

  • A behind‑the‑scenes look at how the County develops its annual budget
  • An overview of major funding categories, including limited discretionary funds*
  • A preview of key focus areas for FY 2026–27

*Discretionary funds are monies that the County has not yet committed to mandated and/or required essential services.
