The Community and Economic Development Department of Fullerton has announced a public hearing regarding a proposed Minor Exception for the property located at 130 West Malvern Avenue. The meeting is set to take place on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 5:00 pm and will be conducted virtually, allowing residents to participate through their computers or phones.
The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a request that seeks to exceed the maximum building height requirement for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and to allow a reduction in standard parking stall sizes on the site, which is zoned R-3P, designated for limited-density multiple-family residential preservation.
Residents in the vicinity of the project site, as well as those who have expressed interest in the proposal, are encouraged to attend the meeting to voice their opinions and concerns. Those who wish to provide testimony in advance can submit their comments to the Community and Economic Development Department.
