Public Hearing Set for Minor Site Plan at 134 East Valencia Drive

The City of Fullerton’s Community and Economic Development Department has announced a virtual public hearing scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 5:00 pm. This session will address a Minor Site Plan Review pertinent to a development project located at 134 East Valencia Drive.

Residents, property owners, and interested parties are encouraged to participate in the hearing, which will allow for public comments and questions regarding the proposed construction of two multi-family units and two Accessory Dwelling Units, as well as alterations to an existing single-family residence. This development falls under the R-3P zoning classification, which is designated for Limited Density, Multiple Family Residential Preservation.

According to the notice, the project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15303, which pertains to the construction or conversion of small structures.

Participants can join the meeting remotely via computer, smart device, or telephone. Details on how to access the meeting and make comments will be available on the City’s website 72 hours prior to the hearing at http://www.cityoffullerton.com/zoningadministratormeetings.

Failure to raise issues during the public hearing could limit the ability to contest the decision in court, as stipulated by Government Code 65009(a).
