The City of Fullerton is inviting proposals for the 2026–2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This grant program is aimed at supporting eligible housing and community development projects within the city, with an estimated $1.4 million available for funding.
To apply, interested parties must attend a mandatory CDBG meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fullerton Public Library Conference Center, located at 353 W. Commonwealth Ave., Fullerton, CA 92832. During this meeting, potential applicants will receive essential information regarding project eligibility and the funding request process.
The deadline for submitting proposals is set for Monday, November 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Public meetings to discuss the submitted proposals will occur between December 2026 and January 2027, with final funding decisions expected in May 2027.
