The Arboretum and Botanical Garden at California State University, Fullerton, will host a free community workshop titled “Healthy Aging Through Laughter and Connection” on Wednesday, October 14, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.
Led by Dr. Janice Chan, a board-certified physician, and Dolly Lai, an International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) certified yoga therapist, the workshop aims to explore the health benefits of connection among individuals and introduce participants to laughter yoga—a fun and engaging practice designed to promote well-being.
Space for this unique opportunity is limited, and those interested are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible by emailing Emilia Pereda at empereda@fullerton.edu.
For further inquiries, attendees can contact the CSUF Arboretum at (657) 278-3407. Membership and donation questions can also be directed to Emilia Pereda at the same email address.
The Arboretum is located at 1900 Associated Rd., Fullerton. Don’t miss the chance to connect and laugh your way to better health!
