Despite the unpredictable weather, love won’t wait in Orange County! Orange County Board of Supervisors Chair Doug Chaffee and Clerk-Recorder Hugh Nguyen are joining forces to bring mobile wedding ceremonies to Ralph B. Clark Regional Park in Buena Park for the first time.
To make this special occasion even more memorable, Chair Chaffee will fully sponsor the marriage license and civil ceremony fees for two lucky couples who have already been selected. He will also personally officiate both weddings, allowing the couples to tie the knot at no cost.
The Clerk-Recorder on Wheels mobile unit will also be on-site to provide vital records services, fictitious business name (FBN) filings, and copies of property records to the public. Marriage services will be limited to the two preselected couples, with no walk-in marriage services available.
WHEN: Saturday, October 17, 2026 – First Wedding Ceremony: 10:00 am.
WHERE: Ralph B. Clark Regional Park, 8800 Rosecrans Avenue, Buena Park, CA 90621
