The Fullerton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 22, 2026, at 6:30 pm to consider a Conditional Use Permit for a health care clinic at 427 East Imperial Highway. The meeting will take place at the Fullerton City Council Chamber, located at 303 West Commonwealth Avenue.
This project falls under the C-M (Commercial Manufacturing) zoning category. It is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an existing facility.
Members of the public are encouraged to participate either in person, remotely via computer or phone, or by submitting written comments to David Lopez at the Community and Economic Development Department. Comments received by noon on the day of the meeting will be shared with the Planning Commission.
