The Fullerton City Council is preparing to hold a public hearing regarding the appeal of a Planning Commission decision that denied a major site plan and a vesting tentative tract map for a residential development on West Hermosa Drive. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Fullerton City Council Chamber.

The project in question involves the construction of 32 residential townhomes, five of which are designated as deed-restricted for low-income households in compliance with the Housing Accountability Act. The proposed site is located at 111 West Hermosa Drive, an area currently zoned for single-family residential use, with a minimum lot size requirement of 20,000 square feet.

City officials encourage community members to participate in the decision-making process by raising questions and sharing comments leading up to the public hearing.
